Damaged sea wall on the beach between casas 35 and 38
A retaining wall along the beach between casas 35 and 38 has been undermined by recent tides. Material has been lost from the base of the wall and there is an open void beneath it, with debris exposed inside. High tide now reaches this section.
Please do not walk beneath or alongside this wall, and keep children and pets away from it. If you rent your home, pass this on to your guests.
This is a separate location from the beach access between casas 30 and 31, which remains closed. Both are being assessed.
We will report back when there is something to report. In the meantime, if you see further damage anywhere along the beach frontage, please tell the office — the shoreline is long and the association finds these one at a time.
