- Accepts Mexican and international cards, including US-issued (choose pesos at checkout)

Paying with a US-issued card? Choose pesos.
Your dues are charged in Mexican pesos. On Clip's payment screen you may be offered to pay in US dollars instead. That option adds about 9% to the exchange rate and may already be selected. Choose “Pay in Mexican Pesos” and let your own bank convert. The HOA receives the same amount either way.
A convenience fee is automatically added to cover processing costs. The HOA receives your full dues amount.

What Your Dues Cover
Your dues go directly toward maintaining and improving our community. Here's how your contributions are put to work:
Road Maintenance
Repair, grading, and upkeep of community roads and common areas.
Security
Gate maintenance, lighting, and community safety measures.
Water & Utilities
Shared water system maintenance and common area utilities.
Employee Taxes & Benefits
A significant portion goes to payroll taxes, social security, and insurance for our security guards and maintenance staff. Tipping a guard at Christmas is appreciated, but it does not cover their legally required benefits.
Community Operations
Insurance, administrative costs, and community improvement projects.
