HOA dues are the lifeblood of our community. These contributions fund the essential services and maintenance that keep Baja Del Mar a safe, beautiful, and welcoming place to live. Every homeowner's participation ensures our community thrives for everyone.
What Your Dues Cover
Your dues go directly toward maintaining and improving our community. Here's how your contributions are put to work:
Road Maintenance
Repair, grading, and upkeep of community roads and common areas.
Security
Gate maintenance, lighting, and community safety measures.
Water & Utilities
Shared water system maintenance and common area utilities.
Employee Taxes & Benefits
A significant portion goes to payroll taxes, social security, and insurance for our security guards and maintenance staff. Tipping a guard at Christmas is appreciated, but it does not cover their legally required benefits.
Community Operations
Insurance, administrative costs, and community improvement projects.
