Beach access between Houses 30 and 31 closed until further notice

For safety reasons, the beach access located in the center of the community, between Houses 30 and 31, will remain closed until further notice.

Recent high tides have washed away a significant amount of sand beneath the stairs and the adjacent terraces, leaving part of the structure without adequate support. This represents a safety hazard, as there is a possibility of further erosion, falling debris, or even a partial collapse.

Please do not attempt to use this access or walk underneath or around the affected areas.

While the area is being evaluated and repairs are considered, please use any of the four other beach access points:

• North side: access by Houses 60 and 45 • South side: access by Houses 15 and 16

The access has been taped off and a permanent sign is being installed. We will keep you informed when it can safely be reopened.
