Electrical Infrastructure Repair

Our electrical network has reached the end of its service life. Eleven main breaker boxes that serve the entire community must be replaced before they fail — a single failed box leaves multiple homes without power. The total project cost is $165,000 MXN. Spread across our 138 properties, the suggested minimum donation is $1,200 MXN per property — but this is a fundraiser, not an assessment, and any contribution helps. It is frustrating but this is the reality: the costs of those who do not contribute fall on the Association, leaving us in the red every month. Repairs begin once we hit 80% of the goal, unless a box fails first.
